To qualify for access, an establishment must meet the following conditions:

Industry Affiliation: The establishment must be a registered business that actively operates within the hospitality sector, such as hotels, resorts, guesthouses, or similar entities.

Accreditation: The business must be registered with a recognized regulatory or industry body within its country of origin. Acceptable bodies include, but are not limited to, national hospitality associations or associations specific to guesthouses or other relevant establishment types, which oversee the standards and interests of hospitality businesses.

Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Exception: For smaller entities such as bed and breakfasts, proof of affiliation with an official hospitality grouping, brand, or recognized association is required to demonstrate bona fide operational standards.

furbsh reserves the right to deny or revoke access to any applicant or account that does not meet these eligibility criteria or fails to maintain membership with a credible industry body. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from platform access or suspension of account privileges, including the ability to conduct transactions.
